Bruce Frankel, MBA, CFP®

Bruce is the managing director for Northern California with MGO Private Wealth and specializes in working with successful entrepreneurs and real estate investors. He has more than 30 years of international experience in business planning, management, board level involvement, public speaking, and business consulting. His extensive knowledge of entity structuring, tax issues, employee and executive benefits, and transition planning allows his high-net-worth clients to pursue their goals and passions.

Before launching his financial services career in 2003, Bruce worked in business management and consulting with small- to mid-size business owners and Silicon Valley startups. After working with clients around the world and in several industries, Bruce became inspired to help them with their financial planning needs. He spent time at an insurance agency, was a co-founding partner with an independent advisory firm, and established Eckhoff Wealth Management.

Bruce’s extensive experience helping clients protect and grow their wealth inspired his book, The 7 Biggest Financial Mistakes Made by Successful Entrepreneurs: And What To Do About Them. In the book, Bruce shares his creative approach to strategic planning, providing readers the information to build a legacy for their families and causes they care about deeply.

Originally from Chicago, Bruce has traveled extensively for his education and career. Highlights include Las Vegas, Europe, San Francisco, and his current home-base — Northern California. In his free time, he enjoys playing and coaching baseball, hiking, camping, skiing, and spending time with family. Bruce is actively involved in his temple, Little League, the local financial planning association, and his postgraduate degree alumni group.
